NEW SINGLE – THE HARA Present Devilish New Single ‘Black Soul Ceremony’

Black Soul Ceremony throws us into the depths of THE HARA’s guitar rock sound-world that we last heard in their latest EP, Play Dead. THE HARA prove again their ability to transport us inside a live concert through our headphones alone. Their lyrics twist morbid/gruesome metaphors and sinister imagery with mosh-pit beats and a gritty guitar riff that dominates the track’s texture throughout.
On Black Soul Ceremony Josh Taylor (lead singer) says “There comes a point in our life where we must free ourselves from all our vulnerabilities, I think there is a lot of beauty in doing so, just being completely undeniably yourself whether people hate it or love it. This song is our dark and twisted way to celebrate the demon inside, our fears and insecurities without being a prisoner to them. Instead, understanding who we can be to be truly free of those voices in our head and to kill the person we were told to be.”

THE HARA, an alternative/rock band comprising of Josh Taylor (Frontman), Zack Breen (Guitar) and Jack Kennedy (Drums) stormed their way through the iTunes Album charts in 2020. Their latest EP’s, ‘Play Dead’ hit #1 across All Genres and ‘We Are The Movement’ hit #1 in the Rock Charts and #2 All Genres.
With an album worth of songs released in 2020 THE HARA were expected to perform to more than 250k people across their largest headline tour and summer festival appearances which included Reading & Leeds, Download, TRNSMT and many more. 2021 will see their return to live music with a packed-out UK wide tour ahead of their much anticipated festival debut performances and more new releases, Black Soul Ceremony being the first track from THE HARA to be released in 2021.
