Glasgow was up for a good night with folk dressed up for Halloween, it was a party night in the city and no better place to be than the famous Barrowland Ballroom venue. There was a chill in the air, but this was not stopping people flocking to the venue this was going to be special.
As the venue filled up the opening band Pacific Avenue from New South Wales in Australia, didn’t hold back playing an amazing set that had Glasgow rocking with their energetic stage presence captured the Glasgow crowd. Playing a short but intense set including their new song Spinning Your Records and Leaving for London before having the Glasgow crowd in full voice with the Snow Patrol cover of Chasing Cars that went down a storm. They closed their set with the excellent Something Good before saying their goodbyes to the Glasgow Crowd.
As the lights went down on the packed-out venue they place was electrifying with the excitement and the passion the fans have towards the DMA’s. As the band took to the stage with the excellent Timeless that had Tommy O’Dell greeting the Glasgow crowd from all sides of the stage with his nod of thanks. The band were on top form from the off with Johnny Took and Matt Mason joining Tommy at the front of the stage. Glasgow voices singing along as the Band played the title track from their last album The Glow. If you are every in the famous venue but to hear it at full voice is just amazing, As the fans were on each other shoulders around the middle of the venue to catch a glimpse of there heroes. The play had them singing along to the excellent Silver that had going wild in the venue with dancing along around singing word for word along with the band.

As the band finished off their set with, he excellent Delete and Play It Out had the sweat from the energy created running down the walls of the famous venue.
