Despite the fact that the album had just been published a few weeks earlier, the Glasgow audience was already enthusiastic about the new tracks. In his signature casual look, Frank Carter wore a black jacket and t-shirt with longer, combed-back hair. The concert culminated with the exciting song “Self Love,” in which Frank stripped down to a see-through shirt, showing his elaborate tattoos. They began the encore with the excellent song “Thunder” from their Modern Ruin album, before returning to their Blossom album to perform the dramatic “I Hate You.” During the song, Frank stared directly at Aaron and sang “I hate you,” but then stunned him by shouting “Happy Birthday, Aaron” as the audience cheered. The programme concluded exactly where it began, with a track off their new album, but it was evident that “Man of the Hour” would become a classic and fixture in their live performances for years to come. The audience adored it, generating an electrifying and vibrant atmosphere that made the night genuinely memorable for everyone in attendance.
