New EP Gradual Move out September 2020
Zoe Graham prepares to release her emotional new single “Know By Now”, the latest track to be taken from the Glasgow artist’s new EP Gradual Move, due 18th September 2020.
“Know By Now” finds Graham grappling with the truth between herself and her lover, and trying to do right by both without repeating the mistakes of the past.
“I’m old enough to know better, I’ve been through so many experiences within my musical life where I have to be honest and brave,” the singer explains. “But when it comes to my personal life, it’s much less easy for me.”
Built around swirling synths and crashing drums, ‘Know By Now’ captures the drama of a classic power ballad through modern pop songwriting. “Although I’m dealing with my issues with honesty within this song, the style and sound are both honest and open – almost an oxymoron,” Graham adds.
Following recent singles “Gradual Move” and “Sleep Talking’”– also included on the forthcoming Gradual Move EP – Graham has already received huge support from the likes of BBC Scotland, The Herald, The National, and Amazing Radio.

Zoe Graham will release her EP Gradual Move on 18th September, with the new single “Know by Now” available on 17th July.
Zoe tells the story of her new video for ‘Know by Now’: “Before the word ‘Coronavirus’ had entered our vocabulary, myself and Kieran Howe (Odd Socks Films) had grand music video plans of driving up towards ‘The Rest and Be Thankful’, hiring a beautiful vintage car and driving around the dramatic landscape. Sadly, we were stopped in our tracks so I decided to kick about on my bike instead. Myself and my partner Deni filmed this one-shot video on Shelley Road in Glasgow, not far from my house. After about 6 rolls down the hill (runs for Deni!) we managed to get the perfect take. Definitely the most exercise I’ve had for months!”
