MAKING LIVE MUSIC ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL
‘By The People, For The People: The Tour’ is a special collaborative initiative between the renowned menswear brand Marshall Artist and new music champions This Feeling. It aims to make live music accessible to everyone by providing free tickets to special intimate shows by an array of next wave artists. Now the partnership continues with news that PG Ciarletta will play an intimate homecoming show at Glasgow’s Camerons on October 17th.
Follow Marshall Artist and This Feeling’s socials to be first when these tickets become available.
PG Ciarletta is a Scottish singer-songwriter with Italian heritage with everything it takes to become the next breakthrough singer-songwriter. As Jim Gellatly (The Scottish Sun and Amazing Radio) stated, “Ciarletta could become a household name like Capaldi, Spiteri, Nutini and Benedetti.”
An amazing summer has seen PG Ciaretti sell-out King Tuts and play to thousands of Scotland fans at the official UEFA Fanzone during Euro 2024. Catch him up-close and personal at Camerons while you can, as he is destined for far bigger venues.
PG Ciarletta says, “It’s class to collaborate with Marshall Artist and This Feeling and be part of ‘By The People For The People: The Tour’. Making music accessible for all. At the end of the day without the people there is no music, that is the most important thing of all, so it’s great to give back and be part of these shows in a musically renowned city like Glasgow.”
Also compared to the likes of Jake Bugg, Gerry Cinnamon and Jamie Webster, news of this show follows PG Ciarletta’s latest single ‘Now That You’re Here’ which has been supported with airplay from John Kennedy at Radio X. This is the only Scottish show of his upcoming tour, which continues at London Star of Kings (October 23rd), Birmingham Dead Wax (October 24th) and Manchester 33 Oldham Street (October 25th). Please see HERE for tickets for his shows in England.
‘By The People, For The People: The Tour’ got underway when The Crooks inspired wild scenes with a tiny homecoming show at The Tramway Tavern in Chesterfield – a very intimate venue for a band who sold-out Sheffield’s Leadmill earlier this summer. Mixing up old favourites like ‘I Wonder’ and ‘She Walks Alone’ with reunion-era songs such as ‘In The Meantime’ and ‘Wide Awake’, the gig was further fuelled by The Crooks’ ‘Reverie’ beer, created by Brampton Brewery.
This initiative is part of Marshall Artist’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting youth culture. By making live music more accessible, they hope to bring people together in shared experiences that transcend economic barriers. The brand are also creating a bespoke t-shirt design to mark each show.
‘By The People, For The People: The Tour’ will continue with further shows in the near future. Stay tuned to Marshall Artist and This Feeling’s socials for updates.
