The Filthy Tongues release their highly anticipated third album In These Dark Places with Last Night From Glasgow. The album is the momentous final chapter in a trilogy based on their hometown of Edinburgh. The first two instalments Jacob’s Ladder and Back To Hell received critical acclaim.

Martin Metcalfe, Derek Kelly and Fin Wilson were core members of Goodbye Mr MacKenzie. In 2005 they formed Isa & The Filthy Tongues with singer Stacey Chavis as front woman. The band released two albums under this line up. In 2016 The Filthy Tongues returned to the initial trio of Martin, Derek and Fin.

Last Night From Glasgow are thrilled to be working with The Filthy Tongues and releasing In These Dark Places on vinyl and CD. First single Hang My Head out now. Second single Tricky Nicky is out 6th January 2023 with the album following on the 27th January. The band play Oran Mor for Celtic Connections
on 24th January.
