To mark their historic Live ’25 Tour, CIRCA is proud to announce Project Rock ‘n’ Roll Stars — a series of time limited-edition stamp signed prints released in collaboration with Oasis and available exclusively at circa.art/oasis from 25th September to 25th November 2025.

The time-limited release features prints of the original handwritten lyric sheets for five of Oasis’ most iconic songs – Wonderwall, Don’t Look Back in Anger, Stand By me, Champagne Supernova and Rock ‘n’ Roll Star – alongside a screen print of Liam and Noel Gallagher walking out on-stage hand in hand during the first of five shows at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Rooted in Oasis’ legendary anthem Rock ‘n’ Roll Star, the project responds to the urgent decline of music provision in UK state schools. With budgets cut and classrooms falling silent, Project Rock ‘n’ Roll Stars will raise vital funds to provide state schools across the country with musical instruments and ensure the next generation has the tools to play, create, and dream loud.

100% of Oasis’ royalties (50% of proceeds) will be used to purchase and distribute musical instruments and educational support to UK state schools in 2026.

Music in state schools is in crisis. On 25 June 2025, members of the House of Lords debated “what steps they are taking to improve the quality and quantity of music education in state schools”, with the number of music teachers entering training dropping by 76% since 2020, A-level entries down more than 13% since 2017, and almost half of schools no longer offering GCSE Music. For working-class kids, the chance to make noise is being stripped away.

Starting in 2026, and in collaboration with School Supplier, state schools selected through an open application process on circa.art/oasis will receive instrument packs tailored to different age groups. From percussion kits for younger classes (including glockenspiels, tambourines and hand drums) to more advanced packs for older pupils (featuring guitars, keyboards and drum kits). Alongside the instruments, teachers will be provided with easy-to-use online resources and backing tracks, including re-arranged Oasis classics, so that even schools with little or no existing music provision can bring entire classrooms together to play. While the instruments will go directly into selected UK state schools, the education resources will be made freely available online to anyone, anywhere in the world, ensuring that the project inspires future rock ’n’ roll stars worldwide.

Oasis’ songs have become cultural landmarks as well as modern anthems of resilience, hope and working-class pride.  Now, their original handwritten lyric sheets will be released as stamp-signed fine art prints – available from 25th September until 25th November 2025.

Launched via the iconic Piccadilly Lights in London, Project Rock’n’Roll Stars continues the mission of CIRCA to create space for art while building a circular economy that reinvests directly into the wider community.  The initiative follows CIRCA’s collaboration with Frank Bowling in 2024 to distribute free art supplies to UK state schools, ensuring creativity remains a right, not a privilege.

State schools across the UK can apply to receive instruments directly via the circa.art/oasis website.
