BAD // DREEMS, the outsider rock five-piece from Adelaide, South Australia have announced a headline UK tour for March 2020 and released a video for their latest single SONNY, taken from their recent DOOMSDAY BALLET LP.

BAD // DREEMS released DOOMSDAY BALLET in October 2019 via BMG / Farmer and The Owl to enormous critical praise, including an Australian Music Prize nomination, constant support from KEXP Radio in the USA, countless plays at college radio stations, a full album feature on triple j Radio in Australia and, as if this wasn’t enough, a sold out Australian album tour.

SONNY follows two blistering singles, DOUBLE DREAMING and MORNING RAIN, already taken from the album. With its thick, lush guitar textures, SONNY was, explains guitarist Alex Cameron, “Originally a jangling ballad about the passing of time, loss and longing. In the studio, though, it took on a rough and tumble form to include a rambunctious guitar solo”. The video for the single was filmed and edited edited by Tom Stevens.

Following their December 2019 UK tour with fellow Australian miscreants THE CHATS, the band returned home to round off a massive year with performances at Best Night Ever on the Gold Coast and the National Falls Festival run, and will return to the UK for a headline tour in.
